Can I change my tickets ?

Can I change my tickets ?

You can send us a request to change your flight date under the 'Change 'botton in your booking page on our website.


1,Log in Manage Bookings with your booking number (which you can find in your confirmation email)and your email address (the one you used to make your booking).

2,Choose the option 'Change '.

3,Choose change reason (personal or flight schedule change), check the itinerary and enter new flight date, choose passengers and click Submit.

4,You will receive a notification about the cost of change and a payment link for immediate payment within 1-2 working days.Until payment is done the ticket remains unchanged but costs can differ. If you are not using the payment link, your ticket will not be changed.


Changing a flight ticket always involves costs. If we need to change your ticket we must follow the conditions stated by the airline. Meanwhile Jettzy service fee will be collected on the top of airline charges. In some cases, the airline's conditions may state that changes are not permitted.


Please note that additional purchased services such as seats usually can not be changed simultaneously when you decide to change a ticket. You should re-select seats for new flights if needed.


Does the plane depart within 24 hours? In that case, we recommend contacting the airline directly (phone or at latest at the airport).
