Can I cancel my ticket due to illness?
If you've already checked in or selected your seat, you'll need to first cancel the check-in/seat selection using the same channel. Once this is done, you can submit a cancellation request.
If you're unable to travel due to illness, please prepare documents that prove this, such as a copy of your medical record and medical bills. You'll also need to provide a copy of your ID.
